The problem
Manual asset tracking in Flutter is error-prone. Typos in asset string paths only reveal themselves at runtime, while unused large bitmaps inflate app download sizes without developer awareness.
The approach
Developed a workspace analyzer that maps physical filesystem assets to code usages, provides thumbnail grids with dimension and file-size telemetry, and generates compile-safe Dart constants.

Challenges and how we solved them
Handling diverse asset resolution directories (2.0x, 3.0x, dark variants).
Created a Flutter variant grouping algorithm that collapses pixel-density twins into a single master asset entry.
