For client engagements, full intellectual property and source code rights transfer to the client upon milestone delivery and payment. Independent developer tools remain the proprietary property of ByteeStudio.

3. Disclaimer

Independent online tools are provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Client development contracts include formal SLA and post-launch warranty guarantees as specified in individual sprint agreements.
